5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you input into the Service. You grant Woord a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated content output. However, we cannot guarantee uniqueness or that similar content won't be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all generated content before publication.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Woord to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Involves unauthorized scraping or data harvesting
  • Attempts to reverse engineer or bypass Service limitations

7. API and Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or account suspension.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you must verify all information before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
