Eight capabilities.
All built, all shipping.
Each one is a real, deployed system — not a roadmap claim. Pick the angles that matter for your team.
AEO — AI Overviews Extractability
A 0–100 score measuring how likely your content is to be pulled into Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT answers, and Perplexity citations. Generative search is the next traffic channel. Everyone else is still optimizing for traditional rankings.
Extraction surface density
Tables, lists, blockquotes, definition blocks, how-to steps — measured at the section level, not just present-or-absent.
Extractable lede
Each section opens with a single declarative sentence designed to be quoted. Hedging and throat-clearing intros get penalized.
Format-aware threshold
Answer ≥65, Guide/Listicle ≥75, Comparison/Pillar ≥80. The bar matches the surface area each format gives you to extract.
Auto-improve loop
Score below threshold? The editor agent rewrites the weak sections automatically. No human in the loop for the basics.
AEO scoring is unique to Woord. No competitor scores explicitly for AI Overviews extractability.
Built on the canonical generative-search citation patterns — extractable phrasing, declarative lede, structured surfaces.
4-score quality gate + auto-improve
Every article is graded on Readability, Humanity, SEO, and AEO before it's allowed near 'Ready'. If anything falls short, the editor rewrites the weak sections automatically. This is the layer that stops AI slop from reaching production.
Readability (≥80)
Flesch-Kincaid grade level, sentence-length variance, passive voice percentage, adverb density.
Humanity (≥80)
AI-writing tells: hedging patterns, banned phrase list (delve, unlock, tapestry, navigate the…), first-person rule violations. Workspace-customizable.
SEO (≥80)
Primary keyword density in title/H1/H2s/first 100 words/conclusion, H2 term coverage, body term placement, meta description, link distribution.
All rule-based
No per-article LLM cost on quality checks. Claude is only used in the contract-audit layer — not the score itself.
Honest scoring — Readability 92, Humanity 81, SEO 88, AEO 76 — not a vague thumbs-up. Below bar, the system fixes it before you see it.
AI slop never reaches your team. The system fixes it before you see it.
MCP server — Woord as an AI tool
Woord exposes 29 tools via Model Context Protocol — 14 user-facing (approve drafts, schedule keywords, sync GSC, read posture) and 15 ops/lifecycle (run the daily planner, track AI Overview citations, pause workspaces, retry failed articles). Claude, ChatGPT, or any custom AI agent can call any of them directly.
User-facing tools (14)
check_keyword, create/update/delete_assignment, approve / approve_bulk, reject, get_inbox, get_content_calendar, get_seo_insights, sync_search_data, get_strategic_posture, get_site_pages, find_internal_link_targets.
Ops & lifecycle (15)
Daily planner, weekly digest, learnings, AI Overview tracking, strategy state, trust promoter, article lifecycle, pause/resume workspace, retry article, usage tracking.
OAuth-secured
RFC 9728 OAuth 2.0 protected resource metadata. Workspace-scoped access. Audit-logged.
Built for agent workflows
Claude can be your editor. ChatGPT can be your content manager. Your own agents can plug into Woord directly. Nobody else in this category has this.
Build the AI content team you want. Woord is the platform underneath — 29 tools deep.
Other tools are GUIs. Woord is a GUI plus a 29-tool API for AI agents.
Verified stat bank + fact discipline
Research populates a stat_bank of verified statistics with source URLs. The writer's system prompt is hard-constrained: 'You may ONLY state as fact what appears in CONTENT_CONTRACT.facts_allowed.' Every claim traces back to a URL.
Live source pulls
Perplexity API for product comparisons and YMYL topics — pulls verified facts from official pages with source URLs. NIH, Mayo Clinic, CDC for health; SEC, IRS for finance.
Hard constraint at prompt level
Not a guideline. The writer system prompt rejects facts not in the bank. Anything unverified can't be asserted.
Contract auditor
Post-draft, an LLM reads the article against the contract and flags fact risks high-severity (blocks publish) or medium (should fix).
YMYL-aware
Health/finance/legal/news topics get extra primary-source weight — drafts cite authoritative sources directly, not random blogs.
Receipts on every claim. If Woord cites a number, the source URL is in the brief.
Other AI writers hallucinate stats. Woord can't — the prompt won't let it.
Voice profile + structural anchors
Onboarding extracts your brand voice from your existing content — tone, vocabulary, sentence patterns, hedging frequency. The writer's system prompt enforces it as STANCE EXECUTION. We don't ask you what your business does. We read your site.
Deep-crawl extraction
Multi-step crawl pulls business name, type, audience, pain points, competitors (from outbound mentions and SERP overlap), brand voice, blog metadata.
Structural anchors
Layer-1 keyword anchors from H1, nav, primary H2s — preserves compound categories like 'Heating & Ventilation' instead of naively splitting into bigrams.
Voice profile
Not a tone slider. A real profile of how your existing content reads, injected as STANCE EXECUTION rules in the writer's system prompt.
Custom instructions
Workspace-level or per-article overrides — products to mention, topics to avoid, tone shifts, CTA targeting. All marked HIGH PRIORITY.
Articles read like the brand, not like ChatGPT.
Other tools have a tone slider. Woord matches the actual voice on your existing site.
Schema markup + 12 CMS destinations
Schema (JSON-LD) generated automatically — Article/BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList, Organization, FAQ, HowTo, ItemList. Then publish directly to one of 12 destinations. No SEO plugin, no copy-paste, no formatting loss.
Schema types generated
Article/BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList, Organization, FAQ (when an FAQPage section exists), HowTo (for guides), ItemList (for listicles). No LLM cost.
WordPress (3 modes)
Custom REST plugin (richest formatting fidelity), application-password REST API, WordPress.com OAuth.
9 more destinations
Shopify (App + REST), Notion, Ghost, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Feather, plus a generic webhook adapter for any custom CMS.
Hero images included
Gemini-generated hero, inline images, infographics. 15 style presets from minimal to editorial to photorealistic. No stock photo subscription.
Approve in Woord. Live on your site in seconds. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Notion, Ghost, or any custom CMS.
Most AI writers stop at 'copy/paste into your CMS.' Woord publishes natively to twelve destinations — formatting, schema, hero image, internal links included.
Internal linking + entity-aware briefs
The strategist agent suggests internal links using a 3-tier algorithm. The outliner places entities into specific sections — not sprinkled randomly. Topical authority is structural, not stylistic.
3-tier link algorithm
Cluster-based (same topic cluster, pillar pages get priority) → intent-based (same search intent, limit 3) → keyword overlap. Up to 15 suggestions per article.
Core + supporting entities
Claude (not spaCy or Google NLP) extracts must-mention and supporting entities. Context-aware, not keyword-frequency.
Placement intelligence
Entities are assigned to specific outline sections. The writer can't bury a core entity in the conclusion.
Cannibalization detection
Embedding-based similarity scoring blocks articles that would cannibalize existing content. Block / warn / note tiers, with explicit override.
Topical authority compounds. Every article reinforces the cluster, links to related articles, covers the entities Google expects.
Other tools use keyword density. Woord uses entity coverage with placement intelligence.
Strategic posture + calendar autopilot + GSC
Each workspace is classified into one of six archetypes and tracked on five KPIs. The calendar auto-builds from your business description and DataForSEO volume data. Striking-distance keywords (positions 11–20) become priority opportunities.
6 strategic archetypes
Educational Authority, Commercial Leader, Emerging Voice, Established but Stale, Niche Specialist, Getting Started. Computed continuously, not LLM-generated.
5 numeric KPIs + plain-English summary
Topical authority, cluster coverage %, commercial intent %, content velocity, health summary. 'Strong commercial coverage, but velocity is slipping vs last quarter.'
Calendar autopilot
Concept generation → DataForSEO volume expansion → LLM ranking → diversity-aware scheduling. Auto-tagged calendar_source='auto'; you can override anytime.
GSC competitor keywords
Pulls competitor domains from your striking-distance queries and surfaces 'competitors rank for X but you don't' opportunities directly from your real data.
We don't show you a dashboard. We tell you what's happening — what kind of publisher you are, where you're winning, what's slipping.
Most tools tell you what's hot in the market. Woord tells you what's hot for your site, based on your GSC data.
Most AI content tools are wrappers around a single GPT prompt.
Woord is a content factory with specialized agents, real research, quantified quality, and an open API for AI agents. The capabilities above aren't feature-list filler — each one is a deployed system, scored against a contract, audited before publish.
See it run on your keyword.
