This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using Woord (“Service”). By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use Woord to create, generate, or distribute content that:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Promotes illegal goods, services, or activities
- Facilitates fraud, scams, or financial crimes
- Contains instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or illegal substances
2.2 Harmful Content
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or physical harm
- Contains credible threats against individuals or groups
- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Contains graphic violence or gore without educational context
2.3 Harassment and Hate Speech
- Harasses, bullies, or intimidates individuals or groups
- Promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Contains slurs, hate speech, or extremist propaganda
- Doxxes or reveals private information about individuals
2.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Distributes pirated software, movies, music, or books
- Uses trademarked terms in ways likely to cause confusion
- Reproduces content without proper attribution or permission
2.5 Misinformation and Deception
- Spreads demonstrably false information presented as fact
- Impersonates real people or organizations without disclosure
- Creates fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
- Generates content designed to manipulate elections or democratic processes
- Creates medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate disclaimers
3. Prohibited Technical Activities
You may NOT:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
4. Content Quality and Authenticity
When using Woord, you agree to:
- Review and fact-check all AI-generated content before publication
- Not present AI-generated content as entirely human-written without disclosure
- Include appropriate disclaimers for sensitive topics (medical, legal, financial)
- Ensure generated content meets the standards of your industry or jurisdiction
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of published content
5. Commercial Use Restrictions
You may NOT use Woord to:
- Resell access to the Service without written authorization
- Create competing products by systematically extracting our features
- Generate content primarily for the purpose of training competing AI models
- Operate a “content farm” designed solely to manipulate search rankings
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns to detect violations
- Review content for policy compliance
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
7. Reporting Violations
If you discover content or activity that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@woord.ai with relevant details and evidence.
8. Appeals
If your account has been suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting support@woord.ai. Include your account information and explanation. We review appeals on a case-by-case basis.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
