Built for SEO teams in the AI search transition

Your articles rank on Google. But are they being cited by AI?

Your competitors are getting cited in AI Overviews. You're getting skipped. Woord scores every article for AEO before it ships — so it shows up in the answer, not just the index.

The problem

Your traffic is leaking to a search
you can't see.

The SERP changed. Most content tools didn't. If you're still optimizing for keyword density and meta tags, you're paying for tools built for 2018.

AI Overviews answer without the click.

Google's own AI now resolves queries directly in the SERP. The traffic still exists — it just routes through citations and panels you may not be inside.

ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are the new top-of-funnel.

When an LLM cites a source, somebody's brand wins the answer. If your content isn't structured for extraction, you're not in the citation set.

Most analytics are blind to LLM referrals.

Default GA attribution doesn't break out chat.openai.com, perplexity.ai, or gemini.google.com. The traffic is arriving — you just can't see it.

If your tool was built for the SERP that's dying, you're not optimizing — you're falling behind on a metric you're not measuring.

FAQ

The questions worth answering.

How is Woord different from ChatGPT or Jasper?

ChatGPT writes a draft. Jasper writes a draft. Woord runs a 15-stage pipeline that researches, briefs, drafts, scores, edits, audits, and publishes — and then measures whether your articles get cited in AI Overviews and LLM answers. Different category.

Will the AI hallucinate stats?

No. The writer agent's system prompt is hard-constrained to only state as fact what appears in the article's "facts_allowed" list, which is populated by the research stage from verified sources. Every claim has a source URL. If a stat isn't in the bank, it can't make it into the article.

Will it sound like AI-written content?

No, because we score for it. The Humanity score detects banned phrases ("delve", "tapestry", "navigate the…", "in conclusion"), AI hedging patterns, and first-person violations. Threshold is ≥80 — if a draft scores below, the editor rewrites the weak sections automatically. Voice is also matched to your existing site, not a tone slider.

What is AEO scoring and why does it matter?

AEO is AI Overviews Extractability — a 0–100 score measuring how likely your content is to be pulled into Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT answers, and Perplexity citations. It checks extraction surface density (tables, lists, blockquotes, definition blocks, how-to steps) and the lede structure. Generative search is the next traffic channel; AEO measures readiness for it.

What CMS platforms do you support?

12 destinations: WordPress (Plugin, REST API, .com), Shopify (App + REST), Notion, Ghost, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Feather, and a generic webhook for custom integrations.

Can I edit articles before publishing?

Yes. Every article goes through your review queue with the 4 quality scores visible. Approve, edit, or send back for revision — the auto-improve loop runs first so you only see drafts that already passed the gates.

When will I get access?

We onboard new teams in batches each week. Most applicants hear back within 7 days.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, 5 articles, no card required up front.

P.S.

Every article you ship without AEO scoring is a citation slot you're ceding to a competitor in next year's SERP. The cost of waiting on the AI search transition is the cost of every story your competitors will tell better than you, in places you're not measuring.
